We all know i love OPI, my Instagram is a testament to how much time i spend painting my nails. So when the OPI sale rolls around, i get very excited, at £7 a bottle the standard OPI polishes are a bargain, usually retailing at £11.95 !! Here are my top picks from polishes i already own, and are trust worthy favourites.
I don’t give a rotterdam – a beautiful dusty blue steel with silver flecks. The cooler cousin of ‘I Have a Herring problem’ But still a good summer favourite for those who want something outside of the good old bright blue creme polish!
Lincoln Park At Midnight – This is a big time favourite for nail fanatics and bloggers world wide. Its a blackened red, leaning purple that comes to life in sunlight. Totally my all time favourite vampy nails, and a wonderful base for glitters!
German-icure by OPI is a wonderful shimmery red copper with tonnes of shimmer than makes me want to cry its so beautiful, don’t be fooled by a purplish bottle shown on the website, its definitely red! feel free to google!!
What Wizardry Is This? this is possibly my favourite of all the liquid sands I own. And its best served not left as a matte glitter, but with several coats of a super glossy top coat and left to look like you dipped your hands in fools gold dust and it stuck!
OPI Eurso Euro is my favourite blue polish, ever. The first time i put it on, shown above, i couldn’t stop looking at it, it gets me compliments from the office to the hair dressers, and it frigging glows! No staining issues either! Total Winner!!!
OPI I Have A Herring Problem – Is this not the BEST polish name you’ve ever heard? It still makes my husband giggle! Warmer sister of I Don’t Give A Rotterdam. It speaks for itself, darker steel blue with gold and silver flecks.
Lucerne-tainly Look Marvelous – Did i tell you this was my first ever OPI polish? It was bought for me by a boyfriend in John Lewis and it was amazing! It hails from the Swiss collection of 2010. Its a lot darker than this picture looks, Its a dark smokey grey shimmer, in my opinion. I love it. Perfect for breaking up a black dress and shoes combo, but sparkly enough to keep me staring at it!
Magazine Cover Mouse – this is my final pick, a strawberry red liquid sand, with some shimmer another beauty with or without top coat, i prefer this one without, but thats preference! Liquid sands do tend to have a good wear time on me, and i often use them to cover up a nicked manicure after a few days if i don’t have time to remove and repaint! Just think of them as manicure extending gods! Those are my picks! Other polishes of note are – – Glitzerland – Unfor-greta-bly Blue – Yodel me on my cell What are your must have OPI Picks?
